The only difference between the MELTDOWN Boot Camp and the individual program is just that...you do it on your own. Now when we say "own" we use the term very loosely, as you will be a part of the group classes, be provided with a Nutritional Accountability Coach, as well as a Cardio Coach. We find many of our clients join the boot camps if their schedule allows, but if you are ready to launch your transition to a new you after a boot camp has already started or the next boot camp is still a bit away; we encourage you to proceed with the individual program. Lets face it we are all different, some work better in groups and some work better on their own...either way the team at Next Generation Personal Training and Fitness is there to help you on your way to a new you.
Might we also recommend having a friend join you with an individual Meltdown package? It is almost like having your own semi-private boot camp; and you will both receive a 10% discount on your individual Meltdown package if joining together. Have even more friends joining at the same time? the savings go as high as 20%
