Bootcamp Details

 

It is an exciting time to be part of the Meltdown Nation – our next local BOOTCAMP starts on JULY 16! Our local program has produced more than 18,000 pounds of weight lost in Bloomington, Indiana in three years. Our average weight loss in an eight week program is 16.4 pounds, 3.62” off the waist and 5% body fat – these are real numbers from real people. We work with people that want to lose 8, 18, 80, and 180+ pounds. Our clients range from 18-82 and include college students, single moms with two jobs, the president of a bank, lawyers, doctors, nurses, former athletes, and people that have never exercised a day in their life – we specialize in weight loss and body transformation of real people, just like you!

 

Our program has three keystones:

·          Nutrition: This is a major component of your transformation. Our nutrition plan has no secret ingredients or miracle supplements. You will be eating healthy foods in strategic combinations and timing. You can buy everything you need in your local grocery store. Our plan is not a starvation diet, you will not be hungry. The goal of our nutrition plan is to reset your metabolism and fuel your body, creating a well oiled machine – one that is ready to burn fat!

·          Cardio: There are two parts of your cardio plan –classes and additional activity. You attend 2-3 classes per week (10 in each four week segment). Classes are scheduled by you – you are not locked into a specific day or time. A current class schedule can be viewed on our website (click Quick Schedule in the top right hand corner). These classes will burn fat and start to build lean muscle. Our instructors will offer alternatives and modifications for different athletic abilities and physical capability, because our program works with interval training, anyone can participate – they key is to find a pace that works for you. In addition, you will have cardio “homework” to do on your own.  

·         Accountability: This is the game changer, it is what makes us different and it is WHY our program works. We build a team to support you through your momentum phase with us. You will have daily interaction with an accountability coach that will keep you on track, cheer you on, support you, and give you tough love when needed. You will have a real person answering your emails and questions – this is NOT an automated website that you plug your diet and exercise into a form. Your coaches are REAL PEOPLE and we have all been there, this is special – all of our coaches have been through our local Meltdown program and they get it, they have lost between 20-180 lbs, they know what you are going through! Our job is to help you keep a laser focus on your goals. How many people quit a diet or exercise program after three days or find a reason/excuse to not follow through? It snowballs. We are here to keep you on track and get results!
