What is the Inferno about?

The Inferno is about pushing yourself, competing with honor, and supporting a community cause. This time, our cause is close to home and here in Bloomington. One of Adam's good friends has a little girl that is battling cancer. Her name is Taylor Magdzinski and she is four years old. So far she is doing really well with her chemo treatments. You can read more about Taylor's story here

The money we raise at the Inferno will go straight to her recovery fund, which will help the family pay for medical bills, prescriptions, etc. This will allow them to focus as much of their time and energy on helping Taylor get better as quickly as possible. Adam and our team are VERY motivated to raise funds to help this family out and make a difference.

How can YOU get INVOLVED?

Be part of the Inferno – competing in the Inferno is an amazing way to honor Taylor and her physical battle. It isn't about winning, we will cheer every single person on to do their very best. In the first Inferno, people did things they didn't know were possible. There was a lot of sweat and tears that day and the Meltdown Nation supported a great cause. This time, there is a name on it – we hope you will take the challenge of the Inferno for Taylor! The cost to participate is a $10 donation.

Support the Inferno – We will have record breaker sponsor donations for $50 that any business or individual can offer. Each time a record is broken, the record breaker sponsors will add to their pledge. This is an awesome way to push our competitors and raise some money for Taylor. At the conclusion of the event, Adam is going to do a "donation deadlift" for pledges of $1-$20 a rep for five minutes – each time he lifts 315lbs, we will raise some more money for Taylor.

Contact Trish at [email protected] or Maria at [email protected] to arrange your pledge or sponsorship ahead of time. Maria will be taking pledges the day of the event as well. Checks should be made to "Taylor K Recovery Fund"
