It's official....we have re-launched our Yoga program with classes starting next Tuesday(6:15pm) and Thursday(7pm) evenings at the studio. We have had some seasonal Yoga classes in the past but we are now making a firm commitment to a weekly Yoga program that is geared towards helping our clients get even better results.
We will offer two different styles of Yoga at our studio. Here is a brief description of each:
NGPT Yoga Level 1: Our Level 1 Yoga will have you walking out the door feeling much better than when you walked in. This class will use a very relaxed pace to focus on your flexibility, balance, core strength, and we will finish with some relaxation. This is an especially great choice for people new to Yoga.
NGPT Yoga Level 2: Our Level 2 Yoga will have you working at a little faster pace than our Level 1 class. You will work up a nice sweat in this class as you strengthen your core muscles and increase your functional range of motion. If you are brand new to Yoga we recommend trying our Level 1 class first.
Julie Lacey is our brand new Yoga Instructor. She lives in Avon and has earned her Yoga instruction credentials from CityYoga in Indianapolis. She works in Bloomington as an engineer at Cook, Inc. We are VERY excited to have Julie on board with Team NGPT!
We are going to look to bring one or two more quality instructors on board and expand our class offerings to include more days (weekends!) and time ranges (mid morning and lunch!). We are taking applications from certified instructors in the area. If you know of anyone that might be interested please send them our way.
Our Tuesday/Thursday night classes are officially on the schedule starting next week so grab your spot today!
