We are launching a new program in early July called Advanced Transformation Coaching. Here are some details:
What you get:
-4 weeks of one on one coaching with Adam. You will only be required to send one weekly report to Adam but you will have email access for questions any time you need help.
-You will have a customized plan for your class and cardio workouts
-You will have a customized plan for your weight training workouts. These custom workouts will require you to set up at least one session with one of our personal trainers to learn how to do them. The cost for that is $40 and it isn’t included in the price for this ATC package.
-You will have a customized plan for your nutrition and cheat days
-You will get some customized bonus workouts to do to hit your target areas
-You will have a specific plan to use for scheduled changes in each of the categories listed above. These stimulus changes are important for ramped up results.
-Once your initial 4 weeks is up you will have a plan for the next 3 months with built in checkpoints where you will have a follow up with Adam to make sure things are going as scheduled.
What is the cost?
-$300. This does not include any classes or personal training sessions.
***If you are an active 3P member you will get a $50 discount and have priority on the wait list to get into this program.
What will you be required to do?
-You will be tracking a LOT of information. If that isn’t your cup of tea you should not apply for this program. In addition to your normal food and cardio tracking you will be required to use some software to track your breakdown of proteins, carbs, and fats as well for each meal you eat.
-You will have a specific day assigned to you to send in your weekly report which will have all of the data we are tracking. You must be consistent in sending this report in on your assigned day each week.
-You will be asked to make specific changes to your plan each week in your 4 week coaching session. These changes must be implemented exactly as instructed or you will end up wasting precious time and money. So you must be very coachable and willing to do what is asked of you.
-You will have to weigh in every week during your 4 week coaching period.
-You will be attending at least one TRX class per week
-You will be lifting weights at least twice per week so you will need a gym membership or have the funds to do at least two $40 PT sessions with one of our trainers every week.
Who Should Do This?
-If you have had success with our program and are looking to take your transformation to the next level this is for YOU.
-We are looking for clients that have been in the program for at least 3 months, have a body fat that is below 25%, and have a solid history of reporting food/cardio logs and attending weigh ins regularly.
Who Should NOT Do This?
-If you have been struggling and feel like you need extra attention this is not for you. You should look at doing a Meltdown package or a boot camp to regain momentum before trying an advanced program like this.

-He is only going to work with 10 people at a time on this to ensure maximum attention to each client as they go through this advanced system.
-If Adam doesn’t think you are quite ready for this program he will tell you specific things to work on. We don’t want you to waste your money or time if you aren’t quite ready to take full advantage of this advanced program
-We will form a wait list once our 10 active spots are filled.
