The next piece of the transformation process: The Maximize Your Results Package

 

How does this fit into your transformation process?

-This package will be a good fit for those that have done 8 weeks of the Meltdown program or a Meltdown boot camp but aren’t quite ready for the Advanced Transformation Coaching program.

*Here is the ideal process to follow during a transformation

Phase 1: Do 8 weeks of the Meltdown program or a Meltdown Boot Camp. This will kick start your transformation and you will gain lots of knowledge and momentum. Once you finish your initial 8 weeks we highly recommend that you join a 3P accountability group.

Phase 2: Do a 4 week Maximize Your Results package to get a customized program that shows you how to synchronize your fitness regimen to fit your specific goals.

Phase 3: Do an Advanced Transformation Coaching (ATC) package to finish your transformation and help you fine tune your results.

 

What do you get?

-Adam will design a 4 week customized program that will synchronize your classes, nutrition plan, supplement regimen, outside of class cardio, strength training workouts, and bonus workouts to focus on target areas.

 

What is the cost?

-Each 4 weeks of the Maximize Your Results package is $100. Note that this does not include the cost of any classes, PT sessions, or coaching. The cost is for the 4 week program design only.

 

Who should do this program?

-People who want to take their transformation process to the next level.

-People who are doing well but their results are starting to slow down.

-People who have specific target areas they want to work on.

-People who want to learn how to maximize all of their fitness efforts to produce the fastest results possible.

 

Who should NOT do this program?

-People who are struggling with the base levels of the diet and exercise program should do a traditional Meltdown package or a boot camp.

 

How do I get started?

-Contact Trish or Adam to let them know you are interested in this package.

-We will double check your stats and weigh in history to make sure you are ready

-Once payment is received we will need 3-5 days to design your program and get you ready to launch the following Monday with your customized four week plan.
