Wow! This week's Meltdown Motivation Call really hit home for me and I hope our new bootcampers were listening. Adam dissected the cheat system incorporated into the Meltdown Plan and explains the though process behind it.
As a "vet" in the program, I heard some great reminders of how to really use my "cheats" to max out my efforts. Looking forward to a tough lifting session on Sunday and a nice cheat meal!
