Want faster fat loss? You may need to make a mental shift.

Your perspective can either hold you back or help you to gain momentum. I just read something about two shoe salesmen from the early 1900's. They were both sent to Africa to assess business opportunities. One salesman contacted his boss with this message "Situation hopeless.....they don't wear shoes" and the other salesman's message was "Glorious opportunity! They don't have any shoes yet!"

Which person do YOU relate with?  People with a negative outlook tend to miss out on key opportunities that are right there in front of them. Negativity blinds us.....period. If you want   to improve on anything from your results with our program, your relationships with loved ones, your career, or anything else you must maintain a positive perspective and see the good that can come of any situation.

Let's say we have two people that weigh in and they lose 2lbs. Both of them had set a goal of losing 5 lbs. Person "A" is bummed out.....they didn't hit their goal. They have worked hard over the past two weeks and that wasn't the reward they were looking for. They take an extra big cheat day that spills over into the next day and then they miss their class for that day also. Person "B" is upset at first for not hitting their goal but then they analyze the situation. They realize that they worked hard the previous two weeks but they weren't totally on plan with the diet and could've done better on the cardio. They also realize that weight loss doesn't happen in a nice linear process. They move forward more motivated than ever because they learned from the weigh in process and are ready to make some improvements.

I see Person "A" and Person "B" every week when we do weigh ins. The situation is the same for both but the way they react is the KEY to faster fat loss.

We will be launching a MD Nation call series in July that deals with this scientific fact: People that maintain a positive and happy attitude become successful faster than those that don't. Many people think that success leads to happiness but really it is the other way around.

Stay tuned,

Adam
