The Science of Cheating (Jan 26 2012)

Wow! This week's Meltdown Motivation Call really hit home for me and I hope our new bootcampers were listening. Adam dissected the cheat system incorporated into the Meltdown Plan and explains the though process behind it.

As a "vet" in the program, I heard some great reminders of how to really use my "cheats" to max out my efforts. Looking forward to a tough lifting session on Sunday and a nice cheat meal! Read more »

Bear's Blog: King Size at the Island

Caught a post on FB by fellow Meltdowner Eugene Hopkins. He went to King's Island this past weekend with family and mentioned about fitting a lot better on the rides. Boy did this strike a note and something I have not shared with anyone until today. I too was at Kings Island back in 2008 and it was an absolutely horrible day that I remember all too well. I waited in line with family to ride a roller coaster for what seemed like an eternity. Read more »
