If you have been thinking about TRX – this is a great option for you. The workshop will give you an opportunity to learn the basics of the suspension system, figure out how to position yourself, practice some exercises and figure out if you are ready for a full hour class.
Adam will provide explanations and demonstrations, an introduction to basic movements/exercises and help you perfect your technique. This is a great way to test things out and feel comfortable before your first class.
Those that take TRX are believers and we see them return week after week – it is a great workout!
Notes: This workshop is for beginners. Limited to 15 participants. The workshop is only for members with a current flex package.
