Back to the Basics! Novices Welcome!

We’re going BACK TO THE BASICS, Meltdowners! I’ve had a few NGPT clients email me or ask me in class about a food or idea that is new to them that they’re not sure how to work with. This got me to thinking and I created a list of a few foods/processes that may seem basic to many but be new to you (or you just aren’t much of a chef!). Feel free to email me other ideas along these lines and perhaps we’ll have a Back to Basics Blog II!

Let’s start super simple – here a few ways to save time that I make use of: Read more »

Dessert: Choc Chip Cookies and Meringues Candies!

It's great to be back! Thanks to Coaches Mindy and Jacquline for filling in the last two weeks. Now I find myself with a TON of awesome recipes that I'm bursting at the seams to share!

When I first started blogging here, I was unfamiliar with the set-up and what was first visible to you. I'm going to start changing up my blog titles to reflect what is covered in the blog so you can better find old recipes! Hope this helps - I know it's been a pain for me to try to help others locate recipes on former blogs. So on to this week! Read more »
