Welcome to Week 4 of bootcamp! We're wrapping up L2 - hope you've enjoyed those heavy carb days. Ezekial products, brown/wild rice, sweet potatoes, oats, fruit - SO many options; it's so nice to get to pick two! On my first bootcamp, my favorite thing on L2 that I ate all the time was a turkey burger on Ez with sweet potato fries. Last week I made this, but tried sweet potato chips instead, figuring they'd bake faster. Carb it up!
