"Friendly Feasting" with Coach Lauren

Welcome to Week 4 of bootcamp! We're wrapping up L2 - hope you've enjoyed those heavy carb days. Ezekial products, brown/wild rice, sweet potatoes, oats, fruit - SO many options; it's so nice to get to pick two! On my first bootcamp, my favorite thing on L2 that I ate all the time was a turkey burger on Ez with sweet potato fries. Last week I made this, but tried sweet potato chips instead, figuring they'd bake faster. Carb it up!

"Friendly Feasting" with Coach Lauren

Ok bootcampers, we're in Level 2 which has two very different menus: one is carb heavy and the other is carb free. Miracle Noodles (www.miraclenoodles.com) really made low-carb days super easy for me! I developed this dish after discovering almond flour so it counts as a protein/fat/veggie. However, you can certainly omit the almond flour for a protein/veggie meal.
