Bear's Blog Day 9

Just finished an ABF class with some great Meltdown Family. Tough class but the workout is unbelievable. Lets just say our warm up started with Jack Hammers which pretty much sets the tone for what is to come; but if I can do it... I know there are many of you Meltdown veterans out there that can too. Keep Melting...it's you the clients and coaches that inspire me to keep on truckin'. 10-4
