Many people set goals and then focus on improving weak points to achieve that desired end result. We believe that it is just as important to think about what you are already doing well that can help you achieve that set of goals.

Goal Achieving Workshops: This program is based around the principle of personal momentum. At NGPT we know that personal momentum is the key to a solid transformation whether you want to lose 100 lbs or just lose a few pounds while you tone up and get those sculpted arms you have been looking for. The tricky thing is that personal momentum can be very hard to build and very easy to lose. With this two part series, we will meet at the NGPT studio and get to work on a six month plan of action.
