We’ve got a new fitness solution for you to take advantage of at NGPT. Our best ideas come from client feedback. We always strive to have a solution to any challenge that a client presents to us. Here is what we’ve come up with:
Client Challenge #1: We have several clients that have embarked on a transformation process that isn’t necessarily weight loss focused. They might not have much to lose and are just focusing on general health and fitness. Coach Marcey is an excellent example of this. She will never make the 30 lb club board because she simply doesn’t have that much to lose. We also have several clients that have lost a significant amount of weight and they are now looking for another, more fitness based, focus point.
Client Challenge #2: Some of our Meltdown program clients have problems getting all those specific cardio requirements in. Many times they end up the week being just a few minutes short of a perfect report but they don’t have an option to get in and finish up those specific minutes.
Our answer to BOTH of these challenges is a new Sunday fitness option we are calling “The Closer Workout”. This will be an open gym style workout where a client can come in, have access to our facility, and close the week with a great session! The people who can really take advantage of this opportunity would be the two types of clients we described above. If you are a Meltdown participant that needs to close out your week with some quality cardio minutes then we will be able to help you get the exact minutes you need. I will have pre made workouts to help you get in your specific Tabata, FBI, HIC, or even steady state minutes. If you are looking for a new fitness challenge you will be able to do our Record Breaker Workout. We are establishing FIVE new gym records each quarter and you will have a chance to go through each challenge and see how you stack up with the best that NGPT has to offer (NOTE: I will have more info on the Gym Records in my next blog….so stay tuned!). I will also have at least one small group or team challenge workout that you can do to spice up your cardio minutes.
We are making this a 20 person semi private class so that each person will get plenty of instruction based on what they need to accomplish with the session. We are going to test this out on Sunday 2/16 and if all goes well we will make this a regular part of our weekly class schedule! Sign up HERE!
