You will get in 20 mins of Tabatas and 20 mins of H.I.C. in a full 60 minute class. We will also have some 30 minute Interval Express options for our power lunch hour workouts.

9:00AM - 10:00AM High Heat (High Intensity Cardio/FBI)

This large group (30 person max) class is a mix of our High Intensity Cardio and Fat Burning Intervals. This is a station rotation class with 10 total stations, 2 people at each station. You will get to enjoy some of our favorite toys like: The Jacob's Ladder, the Prowler, kettlebells, slide boards, etc. This class will provide a good challenge for regular clients and a very intense challenge for people newer to our program.

10:30AM - 11:30AM Jacob's Ladder Relay (MELTFIT ONLY)

This is open to all Melt Fit participants. We will have special duel ladder setup in the middle of the room for this event!
 
Participants will perform Tabata intervals and take turns climbing 50ft on Jacob's Ladder relay style during each set. You will get 40 mins of Tabatas during this class.

Monday August 26th

6:00AM - 7:00AM TRX(Strength Training/Sculpting/Tabatas/FBI)

Take your fitness to a whole new level with the TRX strap workout. This unique piece of fitness equipment will allow you to do over 300 different types of exercises working the entire body and core. You will sweat, strengthen, tone, and of course burn some fat! We will also incorporate some Tabata interval training in this class. There is an 15 person maximum for TRX as a semi-private class. Please note that this class has a $15 per person charge.

6:00AM - 6:30AM T:30(Tabatas/Empty Stomach Cardio)

In this class we use the world famous "Tabata" interval system. We use body weight exercises to get a quick and challenging workout. After 30 minutes of T:30 your muscles will be begging for mercy. You will feel great when you are done. Since this class is 30 minutes long you will only be charged for 1/2 class on your package that you have purchased.
If you are doing the Meltdown Program and need to get your Tabata minutes in, you will get 20 mins per each T:30 class.

You will burn a ton of calories and relieve all your stress in this class. We will set up several stations for you to enjoy. We use punching bags, medicine balls, bands, kettle bells, and other fun exercise tools. This class is great for any exercise experience level.

Your scan number is a representation of your antioxidant levels at the cellular level. High levels mean less oxidative stress and much healthier cells. This test will be impacted by nutrition, fitness, stress levels, and supplement absorption. 
 
There is a $5 charge to your flex package for this program. The same late cancel/no-show policy as classes apply.

This class is a fusion of three different interval training systems. It is a mix of our Tabata, FBI, and High Intensity Cardio classes. This will be solid challenge for most people. If you are in the Meltdown program you can count this class for 10 mins HIC, 10 mins Tabatas, and 40 mins Steady State Cardio.

6:15PM - 7:15PM NGPT Yoga Level 1: (flexibility, balance, core strengthening, relaxation)

Our Level 1 Yoga will have you walking out the door feeling much better than when you walked in. This class will use a very relaxed pace to focus on your flexibility, balance, core strength, and we will finish with some relaxation. This is an especially great choice for people new to Yoga.

7:15PM - 8:15PM Burn Fusion(Tabatas/FBI)

This class is a fusion of two of our most popular classes: T30 and FBI. You will burn MEGA calories in this class as you get a mixture of our Tabata and Fat Burning Interval systems. For all of our boot campers you can log 20 minutes of Tabatas with this class.

We have reconstructed our FBI sets and you will love the changes! With this class we use challenging body weight exercises that will tone you up, strengthen the core muscles, and burn that fat fast! Every class is different so it will never be boring. Tell your body fat that it is wanted..........by the FBI.

12:00PM - 1:00PM PURE Strength - Single Class Option

The Pure Strength class involves total body strength training using weights, which includes not only muscle endurance exercises, but also muscle sculpting and increased Range of Motion (ROM).

Pure Strength is different from your normal group exercise class focusing specifically on both high and low impact weight training routines. Each week, we will zero in on the importance of changing the amount of sets and repetitions maximizing the potential of the specific muscle group we plan to work each week.

Build lean, toned, tight, and strong muscle with this four week series, using only weights and increase your knowledge and understanding of weight training.

Each session will count as 60 minutes of strength training and may have additional recovery time incorporated.
