Sun of a BEACH….we’ve had a lot of cold weather and snow!!!! Now it’s worse with one day being 70 degrees and the next day we have a foot of snow on the ground….what a tease!
Team NGPT and I have made the decision to take matters into our own hands. We have disowned Mother Nature and we shot the groundhog! On March 28th we will officially declare it SUMMER!
Our “Sun of a Beach” event is a FREE summer themed workout where, for at least 60 minutes, you will be able to escape the frozen tundra and turn your thoughts to warm weather and good times. We strongly encourage you to wear vacation attire so dust off your favorite pair of sunglasses, Hawaiian shirts, or swim trunks……and don’t forget the sun screen! We will give away some “best dressed” prizes and we will also have an awesome workout. Anyone over the age of 18 is allowed to join in, so bring some friends or family members and let us show them how we like to have fun at NGPT!
